Cancellations
Genumark processes catalogue orders upon receipt. Please contact Customer Service for information on the status of your order.
In most cases, custom, non-inventory orders cannot be cancelled once in production. Contact Genumark directly to determine if your order can be cancelled.
Returns / Exchanges
Damaged or unsatisfactory catalogue merchandise can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Genumark will issue a credit, full refund or exchange the product. Contact Genumark Customer Service for a Return Authorization form.
Merchandise carries a minimum 3-year unconditional warranty against any manufacturer's defect.
Merchandise that is custom/special ordered, custom-imprinted or personalized cannot be returned unless goods are damaged or have a manufacturer's defect.
How to Return or Exchange Merchandise
Contact Genumark Customer Service by email (customerservice@genumark.com) or phone number and provide the order number, reason for the return, items to return, and your contact information. A return authorization number will be provided for each return request.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt
- Items are required to be returned in the original condition and if possible in the original packaging
- Package and seal your return securely
- Packages must be returned prepaid C.O.D. deliveries not accepted
- Return item(s) via post or courier; returns cannot be made in person
- Genumark is not responsible for any damage that may occur to items you are returning during shipment
- Include a copy of the "Return Authorization" information provided by the vendor

Back Orders for Catalogue Merchandise
If your order includes both in-stock and back-ordered items, the in-stock items will not ship until the back-ordered items arrive in our warehouse. An invoice will be issued once all items have been delivered. If you require the in-stock items immediately, please place one order for in-stock items and a second order for backordered items. If you need to expedite your order in any way, please contact customer service at customerservice@genumark.com .
